Responsibilities

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in crafting user-friendly interfaces and engaging experiences across our digital products. You’ll work cross-functionally to design solutions that are intuitive, playful when they need to be, and always purposeful.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end product design from ideation to implementation
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals
• Conduct and integrate user research and feedback into designs
• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to bring ideas to life
• Contribute to and evolve our internal design system and visual guidelines
• Advocate for design thinking and user-first solutions across teams

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design, preferably including mobile interfaces
• Proficiency with tools like Figma (we love Figma), Adobe XD, or similar
• A good sense of balance between aesthetics, usability, and practicality
• Comfortable working in iterative, fast-paced environments
• Collaborative, open-minded, and curious — just like the learners we serve
• Bonus point: experience designing for education or service-oriented platforms
