We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging and user-friendly experiences for our multi-asset trading app across both mobile and web platforms. You will work closely with our product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and prototype user interfaces for both mobile and web trading applications using Figma.
2. Ensure web designs are responsive and provide a consistent experience across various devices and screen sizes.
3. Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
4. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
5. Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
6. Develop and maintain a consistent design system and ensure brand consistency across all app features.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design process and product.
8. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Graphics Design, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related fields.
2. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer min. 1 YoE, preferably in the fintech, finance, or banking industry.
3. Proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping.
4. Experience with user research and usability testing methodologies.
5. Excellent understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and best practices for mobile and responsive web interfaces.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively.
7. Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
8. Investment experience, either from personal investing or from work experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sectors.
9. Familiarity with multi-asset trading platforms and financial markets is a plus.
10. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process, including examples of mobile and responsive web design, will be a major plus.
