Position Overview: We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer with a strong focus on user-centric design. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding user behaviour, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging, intuitive digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design interfaces that meet both user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gain insights into user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that reflect a deep understanding of user experience principles.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and refine user interfaces.
• Ensure consistency and coherence of design elements across digital platforms.
• Apply user-centred design methodologies to create intuitive and accessible designs.
• Analyse feedback and performance data to continuously improve the user experience.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing user-centric projects.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote environment.
