Description:

• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and analytics to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance user experience and ensure product-market fit.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and industry best practices to drive strategic product decisions.
• Develop frameworks and workflows to enhance product efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to implement operational improvements.
• Work with data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and derive insights for product enhancements.
• Establish and refine workflows that improve the user journey and optimize product usability.
• Validate designs through usability testing and feedback loops to ensure optimal user experience.
• Utilize Figma to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to enhance usability.
• Work with developers to ensure seamless design implementation and continuous UX improvements.
• Iterate on designs based on data-driven insights and user feedback, ensuring alignment with operational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Product Operations, UX/UI Design, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in process optimization and workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools.
• Strong experience in conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, data analysis).
• Experience in defining and improving product processes to enhance user experience.
• Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Customer Support).
• Understanding of usability principles and best practices in UI/UX design.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
