UX Researcher Intern

• User Research: Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights on user needs, pain points, and preferences.
• Prototyping: Use AI and no-code platforms (e.g., Figma, Bubble, Adalo) to create prototypes and interactive mockups of potential products and features.
• Data Analysis: Analyze qualitative and quantitative research findings to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to ensure research findings are effectively integrated into the design and development process.
• AI and No-Code Experimentation: Experiment with AI-driven tools and no-code platforms to prototype product features quickly and test ideas.
• Documentation: Document research findings, user personas, journey maps, and other UX deliverables to ensure that user insights are well-understood and accessible.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in user research, prototyping, and emerging technologies like AI and no-code platforms.
• Basic understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Familiarity with prototyping tools such as Figma, and interest in experimenting with no-code platforms like Bubble, Adalo, or Webflow.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to work on-site in Semarang full-time.

Bonus Skills (Not Required):

• Experience with AI tools for prototyping or design (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, or other generative AI tools).
• Familiarity with design thinking principles and user-centered design.
• Basic knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
