UI/UX Designer

• Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points
• Use insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts effectively
• Develop visually appealing and consistent user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience
• Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability and user satisfaction
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to ensure design feasibility and a seamless product development process
• Create and maintain design documentation, style guides, and design specifications for development teams
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate into our design process

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or a similar role
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work and process
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end development principles
• Experience with animation and motion design
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and principles
