Product Designer

• Define the product briefs and be able to present the ideas/solution to the team
• Effectively deliver features and improvements in a well-defined scope
• Develop Lo-Fi and Hi-Fi designs using common toolkits for both mobile and responsive web
• Document the design process for each feature, such as research findings, ideations, usability tests, releases, and monitor the impact after the product release
• Conduct market research and benchmarking studies to maintain up-to-date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Contribute to the sprint cadence discussion

• At least 2 years of experience in the product design industry (preferably in the Fintech and Multi-finance industry)
• Familiarity with data and basic analytics tools and can identify problem areas, further map out the user journey, and break these problems into smaller chunks
• Familiarity with design systems and developing reusable components framework
• Possess a good knowledge of design fundamentals such as design thinking framework and other frameworks to develop products
• Able to sketch the ideas into wireframes, learn how to make wire flow, and do wireframing for well-defined features
• Able to develop Hi-Fi designs and assets to be used in development sprints
• Hands-on experience in utilizing design tools such as Figma, Figjam, Overflow, Sketch, and other wireframing tools
• Experience in scrum methodology
• Knowledge in design validation, either through quantitative or qualitative research
• Excellent organizational skills, project management, and collaborative teamwork with a wide range of stakeholders
