Jr. UI Designer

Design and Development of UI Components:

• Transform wireframes into high-fidelity UI designs based on the design system.
• Create user interface elements like tables, charts, forms, and dashboards.
• Ensure responsive design for both mobile and web applications.

Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

• Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers for seamless design implementation.
• Participate in design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Ensure that design specifications are clearly communicated to the engineering team for development.

Maintenance and Improvement of the Design System:

• Update and refine the design system in Figma to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Conduct basic usability testing and use feedback to improve UI components.
• Ensure designs adhere to usability and accessibility standards.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in UI design, ideally within a tech-driven or farm-related industry.
• Experience working with design systems and contributing to consistent UI implementation.
• Proficiency in Figma and design system management.
• Experience with creating UI elements like tables, charts, forms, and dashboards.
• Willingness to participate in on-site user testing at shrimp farms to understand end-user needs and operational constraints.
