Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• User-Centered Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs based on user research and feedback.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate ideas into functional and visually appealing designs.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components for our digital platforms.
• User Research: Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions.

• Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure our products are cutting-edge and user-friendly.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Understanding of user research methods and usability testing.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating intuitive and beautiful user experiences.
• Experience in the education or service sectors is a plus.
