🎨 Job Description
Lead UI/UX design improvement efforts for digital products, from research and ideation to implementation.
Conduct user research to gather insights on user behavior and preferences, integrating findings into design strategies.
Analyze and map customer journeys to identify pain points and areas for improvement, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets, ensuring all designs adhere to our brand guidelines.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop UX wireframes, prototypes, and mockups using Figma to visualize design concepts.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing, to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
Plan and conduct usability tests, incorporating feedback into design iterations to enhance user satisfaction.
Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms.
Design the digital products for various devices and screen sizes.
Graphic Design experience in Large Prints and Magazines will be a plus
Familiarity with Front-End Technologies and knowledge will be an plus.
