๐ŸŽจ Job Description

  • Identify user needs with our Product Team to understand user requirements and develop solutions to achieve our company goals.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process and ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best practices in UX and UI design.
  • Prototype interactive experiences and conduct usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate on solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and inclusivity throughout the design process.

๐Ÿคน๐Ÿป Skills

  • 2 to 3 years of work experience as a UI/UX designer.
  • Problem solver and take initiative to find solutions
  • Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, prototypes, user flows and site maps.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Ability to articulate one's design decisions and openness to taking feedback.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Graphic design experience and ability to illustrate will be a bonus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate user insights into intuitive and impactful design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design decisions and work in cross-functional teams.
