UI/UX Designer

• Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design for Esri’s customers.
• Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-cantered solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
• Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
• Testing UI elements such as banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
• Collaborating with customers and internal team to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces and experiences within Esri products.
The ideal candidate will have a proven experience in dealing with specific required sector in selling Software Solutions.

To be successful in this contract role, you will need:

• A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 years’ UI/UX design experience.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience with user research methods, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and responsive web design is preferred.
• Familiar with project management tools (Azure Boards, Jira) can be a valuable.
• Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and solving complex design challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa and English.
