Product Designer Intern

• Conduct in-depth user research using various methodologies to gather insights and understand user behaviors, needs, and issues. Use findings to improve and enhance products.
• Conduct competitor analysis to provide insights and catch up with market trends.
• Monitor products performance and gather user feedback to improve products.
• Supporting the product team in executing research for products.

• Final year student (Thesis enrolled only) or fresh graduate from Psychology (preferred) or any major.
• A passion for conducting research and a strong desire to learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Indonesia)
• Ability to present concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in research-supporting software tools.
• Basic knowledge in Figma as a design tools and prototyping is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
