Junior Product Researcher

Qualitative Research

• Assist in conducting user interviews, focus groups, and contextual inquiries to explore user needs, behaviors, and challenges.
• Collaborate with senior researchers to synthesize findings into actionable insights.

Quantitative Research

• Support survey design, distribution, and basic data analysis.
• Help interpret data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Desktop Research

• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and literature reviews to provide background context for product development.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

Field Research

• Participate in on-site observations and user shadowing alongside senior team members.
• Assist in capturing and organizing field data.

Collaborative Work

• Work closely with senior researchers, product managers, and designers to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Contribute to research planning and execution under supervision.

Insightful Reporting

• Support the preparation of research reports, presentations, and visualizations.
• Help communicate research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

• Basic understanding of qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
• Familiarity with survey tools and basic data analysis techniques.
• Ability to conduct desktop research and synthesize information from various sources.
• Strong organizational skills, with an eagerness to learn and grow in field research practices.
• A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Market Research, Natural sciences or a related field.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Excel, or basic survey platforms (e.g., Google Forms, Typeform).
• Experience collaborating on projects in a team environment, such as internships or coursework.
